Preliminary project, executive project and works management for the restoration and redevelopment of the Art Gallery of the Capitoline Museums in Rome.
The symbolic importance and significant historical and artistic circles of the Pinacoteca Capitolina, of about 1000 sq.m. , have requested a general intervention to routine maintenance and special maintenance on various areas of intervention. The purpose is to preserve the architectural work and the collections it contains, to harmonize the relationship between man and the art work, to create clear pathways, to increase usable space without the slightest alteration of its volume and of its original architecture; enhance collections exposure; provide the exhibition spaces with new graphics and the most advanced technology requirements (natural and artificial lighting and air conditioning).
